“Ensuring Animal Wellness for more than a DECADE”
FRIENDS OF ANIMALS (FOA) is an initiative by Thangam Memorial Trust in Tiruppur, devoted to the cause of allievating animal suffering.The trust was founded in 2007 by Asha Krishnakumar in the name of her mother who has been the source of inspiration. The shelter works together with national and international veterinarians and volunteers, who come here to share their love and care for the animals in the shelter.

Help a Homeless!
There are innumerable innocent and abandoned animals in the streets awaiting for death. Such lovely animals when rescued and brought to our shelters, are provided with nutritious food, medication, love and care. We have the power to think and act to save their lives. Bring them to any of our shelters.
Sponsor a Meal!
Our shelters currently houses more than 700 Dogs and other animals like Cats, Rabbits, Cows, Bulls, Goats, Donkeys, etc. Everyday we offer them nutritious food and medication. You can contribute for their healthy living by sponsoring a meal and glimpse the spark of happiness in their eyes. Change begins in you! You make a difference!!
Disease Control
We also have a serious social responsibility to vaccinate and spay stray dogs that helps to stop spreading of deadly diseases to Animals and also Humans. To do so, we need proper medicines and equipments. Your contribution is very much needed for us to continue fighting against outspread of deadly diseases
